微波辅助PAN改性纤维的制备表征及其对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能

Modification and characterization of PAN fibers under microwave irradiation and its adsorption performance for Cr(Ⅵ) from aqueous solutions

摘要 以聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维作为原材料,利用微波辅助对纤维进行改性,制备出偕胺肟基PAN改性纤维(AOPANF_(mw))。采用正交实验方法优化改性纤维的制备条件;利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)对改性前后的纤维进行表征,同时考察了改性纤维对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。实验结果表明,改性纤维的最佳制备条件是:反应温度105℃、反应物投加比4∶3、反应时间7 min、浴比40∶1。红外光谱证明偕胺肟基团成功接枝在纤维的表面,EDS结果显示在吸附后的纤维上出现明显的Cr(Ⅵ)峰。纤维对Cr(Ⅵ)具有良好的吸附性能,25℃条件下,改性纤维对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附平衡时间为7h,饱和吸附量为69.55 mg·g^-1。当多组分干扰离子共存时,对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能影响不大。 Amidoxime-modified fibers( AOPANF_(mw)) were prepared by modifying polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fibers under microwave irradiation. The synthetic conditions of modified fibers were optimized using orthogonal experiments. Both fibers,before and after modification,were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy( EDS),and the adsorption performance of the modified fibers toward Cr( Ⅵ) was investigated simultaneously. The results indicated the following optimum preparation conditions for the modified fibers: reaction temperature,105 ℃; ratio of reactants,4 ∶ 3; reaction time,7 min; and bath ratio,40 ∶ 1. FTIR results demonstrated that the amidoxime group was grafted successfully onto the surface of the fibers,and EDS indicated that Cr( Ⅵ) was attached to the fiber. The modified fibers had a high Cr( Ⅵ)adsorption efficiency; an adsorption equilibrium time of 7 h was observed,with a maximum adsorption capacity of69. 55 mg·g^-1 at 25 ℃. The adsorption capacity of Cr( Ⅵ) remained largely unchanged in the presence of other interfering ions.
