海南软土地区输变电工程地基基础方案优化研究 预览

Study on Foundation Optimization of Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Soft Soil Area of Hainan

摘要 拟建的三亚吉阳220k V变电站工程处于沿海软土地区,土质较差,压缩性较高,固结时间较长,而且地下水位较高。按照设计要求需在工程场地进行大面积填土约5m高,同时进行水泥搅拌桩加固地基。在原有地基基础及工程桩基础设计方案基础上,对不同方案如工程桩桩长、桩径,以及水泥搅拌桩桩长、桩间距等参数变化进行对比分析,计算结果表明,主要建筑物桩基可由原来的800mm缩短为700mm,水泥搅拌桩间距由2d可增大为(3-4)d,且水泥搅拌桩桩长可适当由15m缩短为12m。经过优化设计,既可满足设计要求,又可节省工程成本,分析方法可为类似地区工程设计提供参考。 A planning project of 220 k V substation of Jiyang Sanya in Hainan province is located in soft clay area of coastline with the soil high compressibility,long time consolidation,and high water level.According to the design,a height of 5m soil will be filled in the project area,and cement soil mixing pile reinforcing foundation will be used in this area. In this paper,different parameters such as different length,diameter of engineering piles and length,layouts of cement soil mixing piles were studied. It shows that diameter of engineering piles can be decreased from 800 mm to 700 mm,the distance among cement soil mixing piles can be wider from 2d to(3 - 4) d,and the length may be shorted from 15 m to12m. After optimized design,it can not only satisfy design requirement,but also save much engineering cost,and provide the reference for engineering design in similar project area.
