近水平上保护层开采覆岩破坏规律数值模拟研究 预览 被引量:1

Numerical simulation of overburden failure law in fiat upper protective seam mining

摘要 为确保近水平高瓦斯松软低透煤层安全高效开采,以大湾煤矿西井X10901工作面为研究对象,利用FLAC~(3D)数值模拟软件对上保护层开采覆岩的应力变化规律、破坏情况以及被保护层的变形分布规律进行研究,并结合现场开展了保护效果考察认证。结果表明:采场周围覆岩在整个开挖过程中经历了由原始应力区转化为应力集中区、卸压区、稳定区和重新压实区的变换过程;上保护层开采所形成的卸压区域随工作面的推进从“V”形过渡至“U”形逐渐增大。经保护层开采后,被保护层的最大膨胀变形量可达12.2mm(相对膨胀变形4.52‰),并在竖直方向上形成了覆岩“三带”分布和底鼓分布;结合现场保护效果考察得知,上保护层开采后被保护煤体得到了充分保护,最大限度地消除了煤与瓦斯突出危险,为矿井安全高效奠定了重要的基础。 To ensure the safety and efficiency of mining in soft and low permeability fiat coal seam with high gas content, we take the X10901 working face in Dawan mine west shaft as the studying object, and study on stress change law, overburden damage and deformation distribution law of the protected seam during mining of upper protective seam using FLAC3D , and carry out the inspection certification of protective effect on site. The results show that the overburden around the stope has experienced a transformation from initial stress area to stress concentrated area, depressurized area, stable area and new compaction area in the whole process of excavation. With the advance of working face, the depressurized area formed by upper protective seam mining gradually enlarges from "V" type to "U" type. After the protective seam mining, the amount of maximum swelling deformation of protected seam can be 12. 2mm ( the relative swelling deformation is 4. 52%~), and the distribution of "three zones" and floor heave of overburden is formed in the vertical direction. Combining with the field observation of protective effect, protected coal mass has been fully protected with upper protective seam mining. All of these has not only almost eliminated coal and gas outburst danger, but also provided a strong foundation for the high yield and high efficiency of coal mine.
