目的 探讨传统正畸方法与微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的疗效。方法 选取2014年2月—2015年3月我院收治的口腔正畸患者80例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法分组,实验组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用传统正畸方法,实验组采用微型种植体支抗治疗,比较两组患者临床指标、不良反应发生率与治疗成功率。结果 实验组治疗成功率为92.5%,不良反应发生率为7.5%,上中切牙凸距差为（4.02±1.24）mm,上中切牙倾角为（27.63±4.25）°,磨牙移位为（3.42±0.46）mm,上齿槽座角为（-1.85±0.76）°,下齿槽座角为（1.36±0.44）°,尖牙间宽度为（1.72±0.83）mm,优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 微型种植体支抗治疗口腔正畸患者效果确切,临床指标能够显著改善,不良反应发生率能够显著降低。
Objective Focusing on the effect of traditional orthodontic treatment and micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of oral orthodontic. Methods 80 patients with oral orthodontic admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2015 were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional orthodontics, and the experimental group was treated with micro-implant anchorage. The clinical indexes, the incidence of adverse reactions and the success rate of treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results In the experimental group, the success rate of the treatment group was 92.5%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5%, the incision of the upper incisors was （4.02~1.24） mm, the inclination of the upper incisors was （27.63＋4.25）~, Molar displacement was （3.42~0.46） mm, the angle of the upper tooth was （-1.85~0.76）~, the angle of the lower tooth was （1.36 ~ 0.44）~ and the width of the canine was （1.72~0.83） mm, which were statistically significantly （P〈0.05） better than these in the control group. Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage treatment of oral orthodontic patients has exact clinical effect, and can significantly improve clinical indicators, while obviously reduce adverse reactions.
