磁共振IDEAL-IQ技术对肝脏脂肪定量的应用研究进展 预览 被引量:1

摘要 中国正常成年人肝脏脂肪含量约占肝脏总质量的5%,当肝脏脂肪含量超过5%,或组织学上每单位面积见1/3以上的肝细胞脂肪变时,称之为“脂肪肝”。根据肝脏脂肪含量或将脂肪肝进行程度分级:轻度(5%~10%)、中度(10%~25%)和重度(25%以上,或几乎所有肝细胞均发生脂肪变)。
