目的 探讨脂肪与肥胖相关基因（FTO）的表达水平与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。方法 选取广东省珠海市妇幼保健院42例已确诊为妊娠期糖尿病患者做为实验组,随机选取42例正常孕妇作为对照组,测定两组FTO mRNA及FTO蛋白表达水平,并分析FTO mRNA及FTO蛋白表达水平与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。结果 妊娠期糖尿病实验组的FTO mRNA及FTO蛋白表达水平均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;FTO mRNA及FTO蛋白表达水平与OGTT 1h血糖、2h血糖呈正相关（P〈0.05）,而与BMI无关（P〉0.05）;Logistic回归分析显示：BMI、FTO mRNA及蛋白表达水平是患妊娠期糖尿病的主要危险因素。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者外周血淋巴细胞FTO mRNA和血清FTO蛋白高表达,可能是妊娠期糖尿病的早期预测因子。
Objective To explore the correlation of the expression levels of the fat mass and obesity - associated gene （FTO） and gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 42 people who were diagnosed as gestational diabetes meUitus in maternal and child health hospital of Zhuhal were selected as experimental group, and 42 normal pregnant women were randomly selected as control group. Measured the expression levels of FTO mRNA and FTO protein in two groups, and analysed the correlation between the expression level of FTO gene and clinical parameters of gestational diabetes mellitus. Results The expression levels of FTO mRNA and FTO protein in group of gestational diabetes mellitus patients were higher than normal group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the expression levels of FTO mRNA and FTO protein were positively correlated with 1 hour plasma glucose and 2 hour plasma glucose in OGTT （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and had no relationship with BMI. Logistic regression analysis showed：BMI,the expression levels of FTO mRNA and FTO protein were the major risk factors for gestational diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The expression levels of FTO mRNA and FTO protein of gestational diabetes mellitus were significantly increased, they may be the early predictors of gestational diabetes mellitus.
