通航曲面产品数字化测量工艺规划 预览

Digital Measurement Process Planning for General Aviation Surface Types of the Product

摘要 先进的数字化测量技术逐步被应用到通航曲面产品的检测中,为了精确、高效地测量通航曲面产品,应该制定规范可行的数字化测量工艺规划。文章提出一种基于模型的数字化定义技术和光学测量技术的通航曲面产品数字化测量工艺规划。首先,使用自由度定位基准点坐标对齐与最近点云对齐相结合的方法将产品实物测量坐标映射到设计坐标系下拟合坐标,完成数字化测量坐标系的统一;然后,研究模型定义的零件模型中公差项目与几何要素关联关系,建立工件测量信息模型,利用CATIA的开发接口采用CAA C++技术作为二次开发手段识别并获取测量信息,测量信息文本与测量软件完成数据通信之后,利用宏脚本语言(MSCL)编辑程序将测量信息点云进行可视化路径仿真;最后,按照工艺规划对通航曲面产品进行数字化测量,测量应用实例表明:这种测量工艺规划可以高效、精确、实用地利用数字化设备检测通航曲面产品。 Advanced digital measurement technology is gradually applied to measurement of the general aviation surface product. For efficiently and accurately measuring the general aviation surface product,the normative and practicable digital measurement Process planning should be carried out. Digital measurement process planning for general aviation surface types of the Product based on Model Based Definition and Optical measurement techniques is proposed. First,Physical products coordinates can be mapped to the design coordinates using the combination of degrees of freedom locating datum point aligned coordinate and recent point cloud alignment of method for completing unified digital measurement coordinate system. Then relationship in Tolerance project and geometric elements is researched in component mode Based Definition to establish artifacts representation model of measuring information and using CATIA development interface with CAA C ++ technology as a second development means the coordinate measurement information is Identified and obtained. After the measuring information text and Measuring software to complete data communication measurement information can take a visual path simulation with the macro scripting language(MSCL) editing program. Finally,general aviation surface product Digital measurement is made According to the process planning. Measurement applications example shows the measurement process planning can detect general aviation surface product with digital equipment product efficiently efficiently and intelligently.
