转向器疲劳试验台被动加载建模与仿真 预览 被引量:1

Modeling and Simulation of Passive Load in Steering Fatigue Testing

摘要 目前越来越多的汽车采用电动助力转向器(EPS)转向系统,因此搭建EPS疲劳试验台对EPS转向管柱进行疲劳耐久性试验已成为行业热点。针对疲劳试验台液压控制系统进行建模与仿真,验证液压系统在高频情况下的可行性。通过对疲劳试验台液压系统各环节进行分析,以力为控制量,角度为干扰量建立阀控液压缸力伺服控制数学模型,对系统进行Simulink仿真。通过所得的阶跃响应图和伯德图对系统进行时域和频域分析,得出疲劳试验台液压系统闭环稳定,但系统在响应快速性方面尚有欠缺,这对后续试验台液压系统的改进有重要意义。 Recently, more and more cars are equipped with the electric power steering (EPS) system, so setting up automotive steering fatigue test bed has become a hot pot which is used to do fatigue durability test of the EPS steering column. The mathematical model and simulation of this hydraulic control system have been established to verify the feasibility of the hydraulic system under the condition of high frequency. By analyzing each part of hydrau- lic system, the valve control hydraulic cylinder's force servo control mathematical model of EPS fatigue test bed has been set up with the force as control element and the angle as interference element. Simulink simulation and time and frequency domain analysis are performedl The Bode diagram shows that the closed - loop of this system is stable and the step response diagram shows the shortage of quickness of the system response, so the simulation result will have a guiding function for the improvement of this hydraulic control system.
