基于油层保护的暂堵型压井液技术研究 预览 被引量:1

摘要 在漏失井的完井与修井作业过程中,为了避免大量修井液或完井液漏失进入地层,研制了一种基于油层保护的暂堵型压井液或隔离液。本文研究了暂堵剂组成、分子结构表征及暂堵型压井液的暂堵机理、配方、悬浮稳定性、封堵性能及封堵层的降解性能。实验结果表明,暂堵型压井液在100℃下封堵性能优良,其形成的封堵层在24 h内完全降解,对储层无伤害。 In the process of completion and workover of the lost well, in order to avoid theformation of a large amount of workover fluid or completion fluid into the formation, a tem-porary plugging fluid or isolation fluid. In this paper, the composition and molecular struc-ture of the temporary plugging agent, the temporary plugging mechanism, the formula, thesuspension stability, the plugging performance and the degradation performance of the plug-ging layer are studied. The experimental results show that the plugging performance of thetemporary plugging fluid is excellent at 100℃, and the formation of the plugging layer canbe completely degraded in the 24 h, which has no harm to the reservoir.
