Taking acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer/poly（methyl methacrylate）（ABS/PMMA） blends as the research object, and the injection process conditions as the main research content, the influences of the process conditions on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the blends were investigated. Then the suitable processing conditions were determined. The results show that the flexural strength of ABS/PMMA blends is affected obviously by the injection temperature, but the impact and tensile properties of the blends are almost unaffected. Moreover, the impact strength of the blends is influenced by the injection pressure, but changes of the tensile properties are not obvious.
