PMMA/EMA-GMA共混物阻尼和粘接性能研究 预览

Damping and Adhesion Properties of PMMA/EMA-GMA Blends

摘要 聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(EMA-GMA)无规三元共聚物通过简单的熔融共混,制备了一系列不同配比的共混物。利用动态力学分析(DMA)、拉伸测试以及热重分析(TGA)分别表征了共混物的阻尼性能、常温力学性能以及热稳定性。结果表明,共混物在80-120℃具有很好的阻尼性能,热分解温度高于300℃。同时利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了不同组分共混物的相结构,对其进行了分析,证明了PMMA和EMA-GMA具有良好的相容性。最后初步测试了共混物的剪切粘接强度和T型剥离强度,结果显示共混物具有很好的粘接性能。 Poly ( methyl methacrylate ) ( PMMA ) and ethylene-methylacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate (EMA-GMA) ternary copolymer were blended to prepare a series of blends with different ratios. Dynamic mechanics analysis (DMA), tensile test and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were conducted to evaluate the damping and thermal properties of the blends. The results indicate that the blends have good damping property between 80 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the thermal degradation is above 300 ℃. The phase structures of the blends were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM). And the analysis supports the good compatibility between PMMA and EMA-GMA. Finally, bonding test was carried out. And the results show that the blend has good adhesion.
