某电厂1165t/h锅炉存在问题分析及治理 预览

摘要 某电厂1165t/h锅炉存在煤粉偏粗、风机电耗偏高等问题,导致机组经济性降低。通过调整,煤粉细度基本满足运行要求。对制粉系统存在的问题提出相应建议。210MW负荷下,A侧空气预热器漏风率为13.9%,空气预热器出口至引风机进口区段的漏风率为10.9%,A侧空气预热器及烟道漏风率较大,导致风机电耗偏高,应加强空气预热器及烟道漏风的治理。在机组检修期间彻底查漏堵漏,以降低风机电耗,提高机组经济性。 A problem of partial thick pulverized coal and high fan consumption rate is found in Some 1 165t/h power plant boiler with results in low unit efficiency. Adjusting the fineness of pulverized coal to meet the operational requirements, the corresponding problems of the coal pulverizing system are put forward. 210 MW load, A side air leakage rate is 13.9% and air heater outlet to lead fan inlet section air leakage rate is 10. 9%. A side air preheater flue and air leakage rate is large, resulting in a high fan power consumption. It is proposed to strengthen the management of air preheater and flue air leakage. Then leak plugging completely in unit maintenance period in order to reduce fan power consumption and improve unit economy.
