Two-Stage Optimal Dispatching Strategy for Wind-Photovoltaic-Coal-Energy Storage System Considering Virtual Power Plant and Time-of-Use Electricity Price

摘要 为减小可再生能源发电的波动性和间歇性对电网造成的冲击,提高电网运行的经济性,提出了一种考虑虚拟电厂和分时电价的风光火储系统两阶段优化调度策略。第1阶段将风光储作为虚拟电厂考虑,采用极点对称模态分解对虚拟电厂出力进行分解,采用储能对分解后的出力进行平抑,平抑后的功率作为虚拟电厂出力传递至第2阶段;第2阶段采用分时电价对电力用户进行引导,以减少系统净负荷波动,并采用机会约束对旋转备用容量进行求解。提出了一种自适应粒子群优化算法对调度策略进行求解。以某地区配电网为例进行了分析,算例结果表明,风、光出力的波动性明显改善,系统运行的经济性显著提高,验证了该调度策略的有效性。 In order to reduce the impact of fluctuation and intermittence of renewable energy generation on the power grid,a two-stage optimal dispatching strategy for wind-photovoltaic-coal-energy storage system considering virtual power plant and time-of-use electricity price is proposed. In the first stage,the output power of virtual power plant is decomposed by extreme-point symmetric modal decomposition,energy storage is used to stabilize the output power after decomposition,and the stabilized power is transmitted to the second stage as the output power of the virtual power plant. In the second stage,time-of-use electricity price is used to guide power users to reduce the power system load fluctuations,and chance constraints are used to solve spinning reserve capacity. An adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the dispatching strategy. Taking a regional distribution network as an example,the results showthat the fluctuation of the wind and photovoltaic output power and the economy of the system operation are improved obviously. The validity of the dispatching strategy is verified.
