变黄期干湿球温度差对一次性采烤上部烟叶质量的影响 预览 被引量:1

Effects of Different Temperature Contrast Between Dry-bulb and Wet-bulb in Yellowing Stage on Yield and Quality of Upper Leaves Under One-time Harvest

摘要 为提高上部烟叶烘烤质量及工业可用性,以一次性采收上部叶为试验材料,采用田间试验与室内检测相结合的方法,研究变黄期不同干湿球温度差对上部烟叶化学成分、致香物质和经济性状的影响。结果显示:在变黄期干球温度为38℃,干湿球温度差为1.5℃时可以增强烟叶化学成分协调性和致香物质含量,明显改善外观质量和感官评吸质量,促进烤后烟叶各项经济性状上升,从而有利于提高上部烟叶的产质量。 In order to increase baking quality and usability of upper tobacco leaves,the effects of different temperature contrast between dry-bulb and wet-bulb in yellowing stage on chemical composition,aroma components and economic characters of upper leaves under one-time harvest were studied,and the method of combining field test with laboratory test was adopted.Results:When the dry-bulb temperature was 38℃ in yellowing stage,compared with other treatments,the temperature contrast of 1.5℃ between dry-bulb and wet-bulb was most suitable,it could enhance the coordination of chemical components and aroma substances contents in upper leaves,improve the appearance quality sensory evaluation quality,and the economic characters also increased,which was helpful to improve the yield and quality of upper tobacco leaves.
