生态钢纤维活性粉末混凝土力学特性试验与分析 预览 被引量:1

Experimental evaluation of the mechanical properties of ecological steel fiber reinforced reactive powder concrete

摘要 为改变钢纤维价格对活性粉末混凝土推广的制约,提高废旧资源再生利用价值,探究生态钢纤维用于增强活性粉末混凝土的可行性,对生态钢纤维和原生钢纤维增强活性粉末混凝土的强度、无切口梁4点弯曲韧性和切口梁3点弯曲断裂特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:生态钢纤维体积掺率从0%增加到1.2%、1.8%、2.4%、3.0%时,立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度不断提高;生态钢纤维掺率2.4%~3.0%时,试件残余强度得到显著提高,韧性指标值达到理想弹塑性材料水平,断裂韧度是素活性粉末混凝土的7~10倍,韧性和抗断裂性能得到显著改善。同原生钢纤维增强活性混凝土性能相比,适宜掺率的生态钢纤维对活性粉末混凝土能够发挥较好的增强、增韧、抗裂作用,生态钢纤维可以替代部分或者全部的原生钢纤维达到相近的增强增韧效果。 To remove the restriction of the high price of steel fiber on the promotion of reactive powder concrete and to improve the utilization of waste materials, an experimental study was carried out on the strength, fracture properties of three-point ben-ding notched beam and toughness of four-point bending beam of ecological steel fiber and general steel fiber reinforced reactive powder concrete. The results showed that when the steel fiber volume fraction increased from 0% to 1. 2%, 1. 8%, 2. 4%,1. 8%,the cube compressive and splitting tensile strength continued to increase. With the ecological steel fiber in the range of2. 4% to 3. 0%, the residual strength of specimen was significantly increased. Flexural toughness index achieve ideal elastic-plas-tic material level and the fracture toughness was 7 to 10 times of the plain RPC, toughness. The fracture resistance also signifi-cantly increased. Comparing the performance of the general steel fiber reinforced concrete, ecological steel fiber with appropriate volume ratio can improve the strength, toughness and cracking resistance of reactive powder concrete. Therefore, the ecological steel fiber can replace partial or whole general steel fiber to achieve similar effect.
