湿式换挡离合器活塞腔流场分布与计算方法研究 预览 被引量:1

摘要 以湿式离合器活塞腔内流体运动为研究背景,通过简化活塞腔几何模型,采用FLUENT软件中κ-ε模型和非稳态滑移网格求解方法,对湿式离合器接合过程中活塞腔内流场分布进行数值模拟,得到流场内速度、压力等分布情况。结果表明:对于恒定角速度的密闭空心旋转容器中流体的相对平衡问题,FLUENT软件可以很好地模拟流场的运动情况,仿真计算结果与理论分析比较吻合。计算结果对湿式离合器活塞腔压力分布规律的研究和离合器接合油压计算具有参考价值。 The fluid flow of piston cavity is the basis for researching the pressure of engagement process of wet clutch. Through simplifying geometric model of the piston, by using the κ-ε model in FLUENT and the method for solving non steady sliding mesh, the rate of flow and change of pressure were calculated by making numerical simulation about fluid distribution in the piston cavity during engagement process of wet clutch. The results show that FLUENT can simulate the flow field movement greatly about the fluid relative balance which in the airtight and empty rotating container with constant angular velocity. The simulation calculating results and theory a- nalysis are in good agreement with each other. The calculation has a reference value for the research about wet clutch piston pressure distribution law and the oil-pressure calculation of engagement of wet clutch.
