镁合金超声振动单点渐进成形表面效应的研究 预览

摘要 根据镁合金板材成形特点提出超声振动单点渐进成形新工艺,运用有限元分析软件将模拟和实验相结合,研究了成形参数对镁合金板材单点渐进成形表面效应的影响。表面效应主要表现为对所加工的成形件表面质量和尺寸精度的影响,因此主要研究振动频率、振幅对成形件表面质量和尺寸精度的影响规律。结果表明:就成形压力而言,选取振动频率f=80kHz较为合适;就成形精度而言,振动频率f=40kHz、振幅A=0.04mm较为合适。 According to the characteristics of the magnesium alloy sheet forming, a new technology of ultrasonic vibration single point incremental forming is put forward, By combining finite element simulation and experiment, the influence of forming parameters on the surface effect of single point incremental forming of magnesium alloy sheet is investigated. The surface effect is mainly manifested in the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the machined parts. Therefore, the effects of vibration frequency, amplitude on the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the formed parts are studied. The results is following: As far as the forming pressure is concerned, it is more appropriate to select the vibration frequency f=80 kHz; In terms of forming accuracy, it is more appropriate to select the vibration frequency f=40 kHz, amolitude A=0.04 ram.
