轻质结构相变房的搭建及内环境研究 预览

Construction and internal environment study of the light structure phase change room

摘要 从相变材料与建筑围护结构应用的角度出发,利用真空加热滚筒装置制备了石蜡/膨胀珍珠岩复合相变颗粒,并以定模压制的方法制备出500mm×500mm×10mm的相变板材。将相变板材与轻质结构房内壁面相结合搭建成轻质结构相变房,并对其内环境进行研究测试。结果表明:相变房内部温度与参照房相比具有明显的衰减性和滞后性,峰值温度平均差值达到5.52℃,空调度日数CDD26日平均自然室温保证率增加了9.71个百分点,相变板材起到了良好的调温作用。 From the view of applications of phase change material (PCM) and building envelopes,paraffin/expanded perlite composite particles(PCMPs) were prepared by using a vacuum heating roller device,then phase change plates of 500 mm×500 mm× 10 mm were also prepared through mould pressing method. Light structure phase change room was formed combining the phase change plates with the inner wall of the light structure room and its interior environment was tested. Results demonstrated an obvious attenuation and delay on the internal temperature of the phase change room compared with the reference room. The average peak temperature difference reached 5.52 ℃ and the number of air conditioning CDD26 daily average natural guarantee rate was increased from 56.98% to 66.69% ,which showed that the phase change material played a good role in adjusting temperature.
