为筛选出适宜清流县推广的甘薯新优品种,引进了红心加工型品种5个、紫色加工型品种4个、优质鲜食型品种5个,共计14个甘薯品种进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,泉薯10号薯干每667m~2产量为863.53 kg,高于对照岩薯5号47.39 kg,增产5.81%,综合性状表现良好,可作为红心地瓜干加工品种进一步推广种植;福宁紫3号薯干每667m~2产量为834.44 kg,比对照龙津薯1号高571.34 kg,增产217.15%,花青素含量高,可作为紫心地瓜干加工品种进一步推广种植;福薯604薯型均匀、商品薯率高、表面光滑、色泽艳丽,且薯肉色为桔黄色,胡萝卜素含量高,鲜薯每667m~2产量高于对照金山57品种175.45 kg,增产6.12%,可作为特色鲜食型品种推广种植。
In order to select the suitable sweet potato in Qingliu county, 14 varieties of 5 red heart processing varieties, 4 purple processing varieties and 5 fresh-eating varieties were introduced to carry out the comparative test. The result show that further promoting red heart processing variety of Quanshu No.10 was characterized by better comprehensive properties, which dry root yield was 863.53kg per 667m2, and increased by 5.81% （ by 47.39kg per 667m2 ） compared with control variety Yanshu No.5. Further promoting purple processing variety of Funingzi No.3 was rich in anthocyanidin, which dry root yield was 834.44kg per 667m2, and increased by 217.15% （ by 571.34kg per 667m2 ） compared with control variety Longjinshu No.1. Further promoting fresh-eating variety of Fushu 604 was characterized by uniform size, high commodity rate, fullness smooth, glossy, high carotene content and tuberous orange-colored root, which fresh root yield was increased by 6.12% （ by 175.45kg per 667m2 ） compared with control variety Longjinshu No.1.
