Objective： To analyze the effects of humanistic care in patients with common bile duct stones treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy. Methods： Since January 2016,our hospital had adopted the concept of humanistic concern for the intervention in patients who received treatment by choledocholithiasis laparoscope combined with choledochoscope. Before implementation（ January 2015 to December 2015） and after implementation（ January 2016 to December 2016）,a total of 40 cases of patients with choledocholithiasis who received treatment by laparoscope combined with choledochoscope were selected as research subjects and were divided into control group and observation group successively. The differences of the related observation indexes between the two groups were compared. Results： The negative emotion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the safety score,compliance score and nursing satisfaction score were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Humanistic concern is helpful to improve the negative emotions of patients with choledocholithiasis operations and improve the safety,compliance and nursing satisfaction of the patients.
