Optimization of response surface method for the SCWO treatment of tire cracking desulphurizing waste liquid

摘要 采用超临界水氧化(SCWO)法处理废旧轮胎热解过程中产生的脱硫废液,利用响应面法对处理过程中的主要影响因素进行了优化,并通过中心复合设计(CCD)建立了COD去除率的二次回归模型.将实测值与根据模型计算的预测值进行对比,结果表明,以模型代替真实实验点对实验结果进行分析具有较高的可靠性. Using supercritical water oxidation(SCWO) method for treating the desulphurizing waste liquid pro-duced in the process of waste tire pyrogenation,the main influential factors in the treatment process have been opti-mized by response surface method(RSM),and the COD removing rate secondary regression model has been estab-lished through central composite design(CCD). The measured value is compared with the predicated value based on model calculation. The results show that the analysis on experimental results by substituting the model for real testing point has higher reliability.
