Research on position servo system of shearers using fuzzy sliding mode control

摘要 为减轻采煤机在运行过程产生的抖振现象,提高其运行的稳定性和鲁棒性,考虑采煤机位置伺服系统的动态和静态特性,提出一种基于粒子群算法优化控制律的滑模控制方法。根据采煤机系统的状态方程设计滑模控制器和改进型的模糊控制器,建立采煤机位置伺服系统的数学模型,通过粒子群算法来优化控制律。结果表明:经过粒子群算法改进的控制律可以有效减轻启动瞬间和平稳运行后的抖振现象,保证系统在启动电流过大瞬间能够平稳运行。 This paper aims to address the chattering phenomenon produced by shearers during their operation and improve their stability and robustness during the running process and proposes a sliding mode control method based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm in response to the dynamic performance and static performance of the position servo system of the shearer. The study involves establishing the mathematical model of the position servo system of the shearer; obtaining the state equation for the coal mining machine system; designing a sliding mode controller and an improved fuzzy controller;and optimizing the control law by particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results show that the improved control law enables an effective reduction in the buffeting after an instant start-up and smooth operation and ensures a more smooth operation when the system is subjected to an excessive instantaneous start-up current.
