FADEC系统限时派遣及维修性分析

摘要 限时派遣(TLD)分析是全权限数字电子控制(FADEC)系统适航取证中的关键环节,本文对双故障马尔科夫建模过程展开了研究,提出了基于双故障状态马尔科夫模型的FADEC系统限时派遣分析方法,并与单故障马尔科夫的计算结果进行了比较,分析结果表明单故障状态MA模型的分析误差较大,应用双故障MA模型可以更准确的评估FADEC系统的可靠性;同时针对FADEC系统的维修形式,提出了应用蒙特卡洛法开展维修决策仿真,并模拟了不同维修策略下FADEC系统的可靠度的变化情况,建立了维修计划与系统可靠性的映射关系,为合理的定义FADEC系统维修方案提供了理论依据。 Time-Limited Dispatch (TLD) is an indispensable part of FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control) sys- tem certification. In this paper, the process of dual Markov modeling is presented, and this approach is also applied to the example FADEC system. The results obtained from the analysis of a simple example are compared for the single MA modeling approach and dual MA modeling approach. Because the dual fault states are not considered in the single MA model, the dual fault states MA approach is expected to give more accurate results in comparison to single MA approach. For maintenance scheduling of FADEC system, the Monte Carlo simulation is proposed to optimize maintenance strategy with economy and reliability. The relationship between the maintenance scheduling and system reliability is built by MC simulation, which will support the maintenance strategy making.
