逆转录病毒结合位点-1蛋白在血液系统肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 逆转录病毒结合位点(Evi)-1基因定位于人类染色体3q26,编码能够与特定DNA结合的转录因子Evi-1蛋白,参与RNA的转录调节。研究发现,Evi-1蛋白在多种血液系统肿瘤中均存在异常表达,参与调控血液系统肿瘤细胞的分化、凋亡、增殖及相关信号转导等过程。笔者拟就Evi-1蛋白的基本生物学特征及其在血液系统肿瘤中的相关作用机制的研究进展进行综述。 Ecotropic virus integration site (Evi)-I gene is located on chromosome 3 (3q26.2) in the human genome,and it encodes Evi-1 protein which is transcription factors binding to specific DNA. Evi-1 protein is involved in the regulation of RNA transcription. Studies have found that Evi-1 protein expresses abnormally in a variety of hematological tumors and it is involved in regulating tumor cells differentiation, apoptosis, proliferation and related signal transduction pathways. This article reviews literatures on the basic biological characteristics of Evi-1 protein and its research progress in hematologic malignancies.
