基于ABAQUS的齿轨轮特定工况下啮合分析 被引量:1

Meshing Analysis of Coal-cutter's Gear of Specific Working Conditions Based on ABAQUS

摘要 为分析采煤机行走机构齿轨轮与布置在刮板输送机槽帮上的销轨实际工况的啮合特性.建立了2种不同齿形齿廓齿轨轮与销轨啮合的有限元模型,通过有限元软件ABAQUS仿真分析.得出不同齿形对齿轨轮寿命的影响因素。仿真结果表明:进口齿轨轮较国产齿轨轮单齿啮合所受接触应力和弯曲应力小,啮合过程平稳、波动小,且啮合位置比较好。按进口齿形进行改进后的国产齿轨轮的耐磨性及抗断齿能力将会有所增强。 Analysis of coal-cutter gear of walking mechanism and grids of scraper conveyor mesh forthe pin on the rail, established pitch of two different gear tooth rail gear and pin rail meshing thegeometric model and finite element model, through simulation analysis, the influence of different toothprofile and the toothed wheel of life factor. The simulation results show that the imported gear tooth railwheel rail wheel is made by single tooth contact stress and bending stress, the meshing process isstable, small fluctuation, and the meshing position better. According to the import of domestic gear toothwheel rail improved the wear resistance and anti broken teeth the ability will be enhanced.
