采用乳液聚合法合成有机硅改性丙烯酸酯（硅丙）相容剂,确定了最佳聚合工艺。通过红外光谱、热重分析等分析了产物的结构;将所合成的硅丙相容剂K81以及外购的含硅聚氨酯相容剂K80分别应用于热塑性聚氨酯/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶（TPU/VMQ）复合材料,并测试其力学性能。结果表明：K81的增容效果较明显,在其用量较少的情况下,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率就可达到最优值,K81加入量为4 phr时,材料的拉伸强度由10.3 MPa提高到12.5 MPa,断裂伸长率由660%提高到741%;相比之下,为达到同样的拉伸强度值,K80的加入量为K81的1.5倍,且其断裂伸长率仅提高到703.85%。
Organosilicon modified acrylate（Si C） compatibilizer was synthesized by emulsion polymerization, and the optimum polymerization process was determined. The structure of SMP compatibilizer was characterized by FT-IR and TGA. The silicone acrylic compatibilizer K81 and the purchased silicon containing polyurethane compatibilizer K80 were applied to thermoplastic polyurethane/methyl vinyl silicone rubber（TPU/VMQ） composites, respectively, and their mechanical properties were tested. The compatibilization effect of K81 is obvious. When the dosage is small, the tensile strength and elongation at break can reach the best value. When K81 is added to 4 phr, the tensile strength of the material increases from 10.3 MPa to 12.5 MPa, and the elongation at break increases from 660% to 741%. By comparison, with the same tensile strength, the addition of K80 is 1.5 times that of K81, and the elongation at break is only 703.85%.
