组织耦合、网络惯例对突破式创新的影响研究 被引量:1

Impact of Organizational Coupling and Network Routines on Breakthrough Innovations

摘要 以198家企业为数据样本,实证分析创新网络成员间不同组织耦合水平如何促进或阻碍突破式创新。研究结果表明:组织耦合对网络惯例具有显著的正向影响;组织耦合和网络惯例都与突破式创新存在显著的倒U型关系;网络惯例在组织耦合与突破式创新之间起着部分中介作用。此外,网络惯例的两个分解维度在此过程中的作用存在差异性,即规范共识与突破式创新存在显著的倒U型关系,但行为默契与突破式创新仅存在显著的正向作用。 This paper empirically studies the performance of organizational coupling among the members of innovation net- works on breakthrough innovations based on the data of 198 enterprises. Results show that organizational coupling has a sig- nificant positive impact on network routines, and both organizational coupling and network routines have inversely U-shaped relationships with breakthrough innovations, network routines act as a partial mediating effect on the relationship between or- ganizational coupling and breakthrough innovations. Specifically, there's an inverted u-shaped relationship between specifi- cations acceptance and breakthrough innovations, but tacit understanding has only a significant positive impact on break- through innovations.
