介置、转置、原置、重置与并置——上海石库门公共消费空间重塑对里弄社区空间的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将上海石库门里弄置于20世纪90年代以来上海实施的三轮"旧改"背景中进行分析。通过比较已有改造模式,认为当下石库门里弄改造主要分为介置、转置、原置、重置与并置五种方式。通过分析五个实例在改造前后社区消费能级的变化,指出这五种方式所采用的空间改造策略会对石库门社会空间组织模式的整体性产生影响,更有可能改变原有空间模式与周边地区的相互关系。指出石库门里弄街区具有"商业-社区"共生体的性质,认为在消费主义时代这种共生关系应由简单的二元共生演化为复合的二元共生。最后对五种改造方式进行综合评析,旨在从目前"非拆即保"的极端改造中寻求更多的可行之道。 Through the comparative analysis of Shikumen lane neighborhoods under the context of three periods of old residential districts' reconstruction in downtown Shanghai since the 1990 s, this paper considers the existing transformation modes of Shanghai Shikumen lane neighborhoods to be mainly classified as five kinds of patterns: mediation, transposition, preservation,reposition and juxtaposition. After analysis of the changes in community consumption level before and after these transformations, this paper points out the space transformation strategies adopted by these transformation modes will not only affect the space organization integrity of the local community, but also change the original spatial patterns and correlations with the peripheral areas.This paper indicates Shikumen lane blocks have the nature of business-community symbiotic, and believes current simple binary symbiosis needs an evolution towards compound binary symbiosis to meet the requirements of consumerism era. Through the evaluation of the transformation modes,this paper tries to figure out more solutions for contemporary urban renewal of Shikumen lane neighborhoods against the extreme transformation concept of "demolishment or nonfeasance".
