摘要 长链非编码RNA(IncRNA)是由超过200个核苷酸组成,但不具有蛋白编码功能的RNA转录序列,是RNA聚合酶转录过程中形成的副产物,因此-开始研究人员普遍认为其无特定的生物学功能.最近几年随着研究的深入,人们发现IncRNA对于基因组印记、转录控制、X染色体沉默、转录活性等众多方面都发挥了显著的调节作用,同时也有很多新的研究表明,IncRNA还能对生物体细胞的分化、增殖、损伤、凋亡等阶段进行有效调控,在心血管疾病领域具有重要的生物学功能.现关于Inc-RNA与心血管疾病研究进展做-综述. Long noncoding RNA(IncRNA) is a class of RRA molecules that transcribe more than 200 nucleotides in length. Initially researchers considered IncRNA to be genomic transcription noise, but have learned it is a byproduct of RNA polymerase transcription. In recent years, IncRNA has been involved in many important regulatory processes, such as X chromosome silencing, genomic imprinting, chromatin modification,transcriptional activation,transcriptional interference and nuclear transport,and plays a significant regulatory role. An increasing number of studies have shown that IncRNA can regulate the proliferation, apoptosis, injury, autophagy and differentiation of many different cells, and plays an important role in the biological function and development of cardiovascular disease. This article mainly summarizes the research progress of IncRNA and cardiovascular diseases.
