氯冉酸荷移分光光度法测定尼扎替丁的含量 预览

Spectrophotometric determination of nizatidine based on charge-transfer reaction with p-chloranilic acid

摘要 目的建立测定尼扎替丁含量的荷移分光光度法。方法基于在乙腈介质中,尼扎替丁与氯冉酸作用生成荷移络合物而建立的一种新的荷移分光光度分析法。结果尼扎替丁质量浓度在16.00~240.00μg/mL(r=0.999 7)范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,检测限和定量限分别为3.22μg/mL和9.77μg/mL,重复性、日间精密度和稳定性的RSD分别为0.62%、0.82%、0.82%,摩尔吸光系数为1.80×10~3L/(mol·cm)~(-1),加样回收率为98.13%~100.62%(分散片)和98.67%~100.21%(胶囊)。结论本实验所建立的尼扎替丁含量测定方法准确、简单、可靠、重复性好,可用于尼扎替丁分散片和胶囊中尼扎替丁的含量测定。 Objective The present study was designed to establish a novel spectrophotometric method to determine nizatidine. Methods The charge transfer interaction between nizatidine and p-chloranilic acid had been investigated in acetonitrile for spectrophotometric determination. Results The results showed that the linear range of the content was 16. 00-240. 00 μg/m L( r = 0. 999 7),and the detection and quantitation limits were 3. 22 and 9. 77 μg/mL. RSD of repeatability,inter-assay precision and stability were 0. 62%,0. 82% and 0. 82%,respectively. The molar absorptivity was 1. 80 × 10~3 L/( mol·cm)~(-1). The recoveries were 98. 13%-100. 62% for dispersible tablets and 98. 67%-100. 21% for the capsules. Conclusion The method established in this study is accurate,simple,reliable and reproducible for the determination of nizatidine in dispersible tablets and capsules.
