纺棉型化纤用精梳整体锡林和顶梳的设计与配套 预览 被引量:4

Design and Configuration of Integrated Combing Cylinder and the Top Comb for Cotton-like Chemical Fiber

摘要 为了满足纺棉型化纤精梳质量要求,介绍棉型化纤性能、精梳工艺参数设置,通过精梳数学模型计算和设计整体锡林齿数、齿面圆心角和分区数、齿形、纵横向齿密以及顶梳针密等参数,并采用GJX—E-75-TP42型和GJX-E-90-X型精梳整体锡林配用不同齿密顶梳,对棉型涤纶普梳和精梳后纺制的14.6tex成纱质量指标进行对比。结果表明,GJX—E-75-TP42型整体锡林配套GJD-E-240-P型顶梳,适纺精条指标要求较高及落棉率较低的棉型化纤;GJX—E-90-X型整体锡林配套GJD-E-260-B型顶梳梳理的棉型化纤,成纱质量较高但落棉率略高;在棉型化纤纺纱流程中引入精梳工序,能够提升精梳棉网的清晰度以及纤维的伸直度、平行度和分离度,用户可根据棉型化纤的质量要求进行选配。 To meet the quality requirements of combing process of cotton-like chemical fiber, introduction is done to cotton-like chemical fiber regarding the properties, and combing process parameters.Through combing mathematical model calculation and design of tooth number, radius angle and the number of partitions, tooth shape, both crosswise and lengthways density of integrated cylinder and top comb density, equipping the combing integrated cylinders GJX-E-75- TP42 and GJX-E-90-X with different tooth density of top comb,comparison is done to the yarn quality of the cotton-like polyester fiber 14.6 tex both carded and worsted. The results show that the integrated cylinder GJX-E-75-TP42 if configured with top comb GJD-E-240-P is applicable for cotton-like chemical fibers with higher fine index and lower noil rate while integrated cylinder GJX-E-90-X if configured with top comb GJD-E-260-B is applicable for spinning cotton-like chemical fiber,yet with high yarn quality and slight high noil rate.Spinning process of cotton-like chemical fiber if combing process is introduced, can enhance the worsted web clarity and fiber straightness, parallelism and separation, the user can make decision as process required.
