降低硫硝排放的含储热热电联产机组与风电联合调度策略 被引量:5

A Joint Scheduling Strategy of CHP With Thermal Energy Storage and Wind Power to Reduce Sulfur and Nitrate Emission

摘要 "以热定电"是"三北"地区供暖季热电联产机组的主要运行模式,其高出力水平的同时也造成严重的环境污染问题。在传统热电联产机组上增加储热装置,能够打破热电联产机组的热电耦合约束。构建了降低硫硝排放的含储热热电联产机组与风电联合出力调度模型,既降低SO2、NOx等污染物的排放,同时兼顾风电的并网消纳量。该模型综合考虑常规火电机组发电成本、热电联产机组运行成本、风电运行维护成本、脱硫脱硝装置运行成本、SO2与NOx的排污征收费用以及热力平衡与电力平衡的相关约束等因素,并通过CPLEX对模型进行求解。最后,以IEEE-30节点系统为例验证了文中模型的有效性。 "Determining power by heat" is the main operation mode for combined heat and power(CHP) in "Three-North" regions in heating season, and high level of CHP output causes serious environmental pollution. Adding thermal storage to traditional CHP can break thermo-electric coupling constraint. In this paper, a joint scheduling model of CHP with thermal energy storage and wind power to reduce sulfur and nitrate emission is established, not only to reduce SO2 and NOx emissions, but also to take into account wind power accommodation ability. In the model factors, such as cost of fossil power generation units, operating cost of CHP, operating and maintenance cost of wind power, operating cost of desulfurization and denitrification units, SO2 and NOxemission charges, constraints of thermal balance and power balance, are synthetically considered. The proposed model is solved with CPLEX, and effectiveness of the model is verified by simulated example of IEEE 30-bus system.
