目的探讨迷你临床演练评估方法联合技能直接观察评估在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选取2015年和2016年于河北省某院儿科住院医师规范化培训基地参加培训的36名学员作为实验组,每隔3个月进行一次Mini-CEX、DOPS考核,培训1年后参加国家执业医师考试。选取2014年于该院儿科基地培训的24名学员作为对照组,采用传统的终结性评价模式,培训1年时进行1次Mini-CEX、DOPS考核并参加执业医师考试。结果 Mini-CEX考核中的7项及执业医师资格考核成绩,实验组均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。DOPS考核中实验组和对照组在需要时及时寻求帮助和交流沟通技术这两个方面的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Mini-CEX联合DOPS多次应用能够提高儿科住院医师规范化培训效果,提高学员执业医师资格考试成绩。
Objective To study the effects of Mini-CEX and DOPS in pediatric residency standardized training. Methods To take 36 students starting training in training base on 2015 and 2016 as experimental group.To take 24 students starting training in training base on 2014 as control group. The students in experimental group took Mini-CEX and DOPS every three months and took clinical licensing examination after one year. The students in control group were trained by traditional teaching model. To use the traditional summative assessment to evaluate them in the training. They took Mini-CEX and DOPS and clinical licensing examination after one year. To evaluate the results of Mini-CEX, DOPS and clinical licensing examination. Results The students in the experimental group Mini-CEX and clinical licensing examination scores were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The students in the experimental group asking for help and communication of DOPS were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05） Conclusion Mini-CEC and DOPS used repeatedly can improve the training effect and improve the score of clinical licensing examination.
