不同水胶比下硅粉掺量对矿渣粉活性的影响

摘要 矿渣粉是现代混凝土矿物掺合料的重要组成部分,但由于加工工艺的限制,目前市场上大多数矿渣粉活性较低,达不到现代混凝土的使用要求,因而严重制约了矿渣粉的有效使用。本文主要利用矿渣粉活性指数分析法,探讨不同水胶比条件下、硅粉掺量对矿渣粉活性的影响。通过研究发现:在不同水胶比条件下,硅粉掺量对矿渣粉的活性影响不同。当水胶比为0.5,在矿渣粉中等量掺入8%硅粉时,矿渣粉活性最优;当水胶比为0.4,在矿渣粉中等量掺人6%硅粉时,矿渣粉活性最优;当水胶比为0.3,在矿渣粉中等量掺入2%硅粉时,矿渣粉活性最优。 Slag powder is an important part of modem concrete mineral admixture. However, due to the limitation of processing technology, most of the slag powder in the market is low in activity and can not reach the requirements of modem concrete, which seriously restricts the effective use of slag powder. In this paper, the effect of the content of silica powder on the activity of slag powder under the conditions of different ratio of water to glue is mainly studied by the method of the activity index of slag powder. It is found that the content of silica powder has different effects on the activity of slag powder under the conditions of different water and glue ratio. When the water cement ratio is 0.5, in moderate amounts of slag powder mixed with 8% silica fume, slag powder was optimal; when the water cement ratio of 0.g, moderate in slag powder mixed with 6% silica fume, slag powder was optimal; when water cement ratio is 0.3, in moderate amounts of slag powder mixed with 2% silica fume at the optimal activity of slag powder.
