摘要 研究统计过程控制(SPC)在化妆品PH值检测中的应用。以6种剂型(化妆水、润肤膏霜、护肤乳液、护肤精华液、面膜及洗面膏)化妆品PH值的质量控制为例,采用SPC的方法对检测数据进行精确的单值一移动极差(X-Rs)质量控制图及过程能力分析。结果表明,2号化妆水及17号润肤膏霜在X质量控制图中发生异常波动,PH值超过控制下限(LCL)。面膜的过程能力充足,级别为Ⅱ级;护肤乳液为Ⅲ级。面膜的不良品率较低,为0.002%;护肤乳液不良品率为0.120%,相对偏高。SPC可直观、有效地反映化妆品pH值的异常波动及质量控制情况,为潜在风险预测及质量改进提供准确的依据。 The application of statistical process control (SPC) in pH value analysis of cosmetics was investigated. The pH value analysis was carried out on six types of cosmetics (toning lotion, cream, lotion, care essence, facial mask and cleansing cream). The X-Rs control charts and process capability, which were applied as two tools of SPC usually, were adopt to detect the data accurately. The experimental results showed that a sample of toning lotion (sample number 2#) and a sample of cream (sample number 17#) exhibited abnormal fluctuation whose pH had exceeded the lower control limit (LCL) in X control charts. The process capability level of facial mask was grade II, indicative of being successful in the ability of process; The lotion was grade UI. The percent defective of facial mask was 0.002%, which was lower than that of the lotion (0.120%). SPC could directly and effectively reflect the quality control of cosmetics and the abnormal fluctuation of pH values, which could provide accurate basis for potential risk prediction and quality improvement.
