地市级医院耳鼻喉科实施护士分层培训效果分析

摘要 目的培养高水平、高素质的护士队伍,提高护理人员业务技术水平和整体素质,保障护理质量与安全,深化优质护理服务内涵。方法对科室护士队伍实施分层岗位培训计划,针对各层级护理人员业务能力水平开展多形式培训并考核评价。结果护士在岗位胜任力方面得到了迅速成长,体现能级对应,取得较大进步,为护理人员动态管理体系提供基础支持。结论在科室实施护士分层培训模式,针对性和实用性强,效果好,值得推广。 Objective To cultivate a high level and high-quality nurses team, improve the technical level and overall quality of nursing staff, ensure the quality and safety of nursing care, and deepen the letter of quality nursing service. Methods To carry out stratified post training plan for nurses in the department, and carry out multi-form training and assessment for the level of nursing staff at all levels. Results The nurses got rapid growth in the competency of the position, which reflected the level correspondence, made great progress, and provided the basic support for the nursing personnel dynamic management system. Conclusion The implementation of stratified training mode for nurses in departments is targeted and practical,the effect is good and it is worth popularizing.
