供给侧结构性改革背景下的导游服务质量个案透视及对策 预览

China's Tour Guide Service:Quality Issues and Promotions on the Background of Supply Side Structural Reforms

摘要 导游服务质量对旅游业健康发展至关重要.2013年颁布实施《中华人民共和国旅游法》,进一步规范了旅行社及其导游服务质量,但仍有个案持续发生.文章通过梳理相关文献资料,结合相关数据,对导游服务质量问题进行了总结、对其根源进行了剖析.最后,基于供给侧结构性改革理论,提出了提升导游服务质量的相关建议:1)继续严格落实《旅游法》等法律法规,加大惩处力度,增加旅行社及其导游违法成本,杜绝旅行社和导游违法乱纪行为;2)积极开展智慧旅游,发挥互联网在导游服务中的管理、监督、评价作用,落实智慧旅游的安全科技保障;3)加强自由执业导游的管理. The service quality of tour guide is vital to the healthy development of tourism. The Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China which was issued and became effective immediately on October 1,2013. It further standardizes the service quality of the travel agency and its tour guides. However,some bad cases still continue occurring. Through the analysis of the experimental data from the literatures,the paper summarized the guide's service quality problems and analyzed its causes. Finally,some promotions were proposed based on the background of supply side structural reforms: to strictly implement the tourism laws,especially The Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China,and tourism regulations,increasing illegal cost of travel agency and tour guide; continues to develop wise tourism; strengthen the management of free-licensed tour guides.
