短臂离心机训练时不同方式前庭刺激对心血管功能的影响

Effect of different vestibular stimulations on cardiovascular functions during short-arm centrifugation

摘要 目的 探讨短臂离心机训练时不同头部运动方式产生的前庭刺激引起被试者的前庭症状评分、血压、心率及心率变异性指标等变化及对心血管功能的影响。方法 12名男性被试者,分别进行3次足水平2Gz、持续4 min的短臂离心机暴露,暴露期间被试者分别采取保持头部不动、左右转头45°或抬头30°姿势,记录实验中被试者的血压、心率、呼吸等变化及进行前庭症状评分,并分析不同前庭刺激对心血管功能的影响。结果 与保持头部不动方式相比,短臂离心机暴露符合左右转头45°或抬头30°均可引起明显的前庭症状,但收缩压、心率和心率变异性指标等均无显著性改变,仅舒张压在短臂离心机暴露符合左右转头45°时显著升高(P〈0.05)。两种头动方式间相比,上述指标均无明显变化。结论 短臂离心机暴露过程中转头或抬头均可加大对前庭的刺激,但两种方式对心血管功能的影响无明显差异,为今后制定短臂离心机前庭功能训练方案提供实验依据。 AIM To study the effects of during short-arm centrifugation by observing c different vestibular stimulations on cardiovascular functions hanges in blood pressure, heart rate and heart rate variability. METHODS Twelve male subjects were exposed to short-arm centrifuge of 2Gz at feet level for 4 minutes and three times with head still, head-turns and head-raise. Heart rate and blood pressure were measured and Graybiel scores were scored according to the way it made the subjects feel. RESULTS Compared with those of centrlfugation with head still, the Graybiel scores increased significantly during centrifugation with head-turns or head-raise, but the systolic pressure, heart rate and heart rate variability had no significant changes. No marked differences were found in these parameters between centrifugati and head-raise. CONCLUSION Short-arm centrifugation with head-turns or head-raise stimulation. There is no obvious difference in cardiovascular functions between the movements during centrifugation. on with head-turns enhances vestibular two kinds of head
