[目的]通过对荔枝草的生药学研究,为荔枝草的开发利用、质量标准的制定和生药学研究提供依据。[方法]采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定的方法进行研究,并对其主要成分黄酮进行含量测定。[结果]荔枝草茎的横切面和叶的横切面显微特征较为明显,可作为荔枝草鉴别特征。方法学考察表明,芦丁在0.005～0.105 mg/m L线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率为93.38%（RSD=2.8%）。[结论]该研究结果可为荔枝草质量标准制定提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the basis for the development and utilization of Sebastiania herba,the establishment of quality standards and the research of pharmacognosy through the pharmacogenetic study of Sebastiania herba. [Method]The plants were identified by the methods of trait identification,microscopic identification and physicochemical identification,and its main component flavonoid content was determined. [Result]The microscopic features of the stem cross-sections and leaf cross-sections of Sebastiania herba were obvious,which could be used as the identification characteristics of Sebastiania herba. The methodological investigation showed that rutin had a good linear relationship between 0. 005 and 0. 105 mg/m L（ r = 0. 999 9）,and the average recovery was 93. 38%（ RSD = 2. 8%）. [Conclusion]The results of this study can provide a basis for the quality standard of Sebastiania herba.
