临床研究助理/研究护士工作考核、晋升、成本核算管理的相关问题 被引量:1

On-job performance evaluation,promotion,cost accounting of clinical research coordinator/research nurse management

摘要 根据临床研究助理/研究护士的行业发展趋势,对其工作考核、晋升、成本核算等深层次问题进行探讨。工作考核分别从日常工作考核、晋升考核进行讨论;成本核算分别从时间成本估算、人力成本核算以及管理成本考量展开分析;对于绩效考核目前尚无比较成熟的考量指标和体系,笔者结合自身管理经验对此进行分析及讨论。 Based on the vocational development tendency of clinical research coordinator(CRC)/research nurse(RN),the on-job performance,promotion standard and cost accounting of CRC/RN were explored in this article.On-job performance evaluation was discussed from the evaluation of daily job and promotion assessment.Cost accounting was analyzed from the points of time cost estimation,human resource cost accounting and management expense.Performance assessment was analyzed simply and discussed for due to the lack of mature assessment index and system.Combined with our own management experience,simple analysis and discussion were summarized.
