肾阳虚质红外皮温分布特点解析 被引量:1

Analysis of Infrared Temperature Distribution Characteristics of Kidney Yang Deficiency Quality

摘要 目的:基于中医体质学理论应用红外皮温技术对肾阳虚质人群进行流行病学调查,解析该人群的红外皮温分布规律。方法:选用广西地区15岁以上的自然人群、获得知情同意的1832人为调查对象实施横断面调查,采用标准化的中医体质量表判别分析阳虚质,应用中医诊断学对肾阳虚的诊断标准筛选出单纯肾阳虚质人群。采用红外皮温技术评估单纯肾阳虚质人群的督脉、肾区、太溪等穴区的红外皮温分布规律。所有数据经Spss18.0进行统计学处理。结果:阳虚质人群中单纯肾阳虚质为67.8%(856/1263),兼夹肾阳虚质为32.2%(407/1263)。单纯肾阳虚质人群的红外皮温分布表现为督脉红外轨迹不连续或不显影,肾区呈对称性低温分布,督脉、太溪均呈低温分布,呈现出凉偏离。肾阳虚质人群的全身均温与督脉的红外皮温差值范围在0.8~1.2℃,而与肾区的均温的红外皮温差值范围在2.2~3.0℃。随着年龄的增长,督脉、肾区、太溪的红外皮温值呈现出先上升后下降趋势。结论:阳虚质人群以肾阳虚为根本病机,但因个体化的差异性,又表现出单纯肾阳虚质和兼夹肾阳虚质两种脏腑体质类型。红外皮温技术能客观的反映肾阳虚质相关经络脏腑穴区的红外皮温均值,并且存在一定的数学规律。不同年龄阶段,肾阳虚质的红外皮温均值变化符合《内经》中对阳气的描述规律。 Objective :The constitution of TCM theory application of infrared temperature technology carried out epidemiological investigation of kidney Yang deficiency groups based on infrared temperature distribution analysis of the crowd. Methods :A total of 15 years of natural population,Guangxi area to get a pic of the 1832 people surveyed the implementation of cross-sectional survey,the use of standardized TCM constitution questionnaire discriminant analysis of Yang deficiency,application of diagnostics of TCM diagnostic criteria of kidney Yang deficiency were simple groups. Evaluation of simple kidney Yang deficiency groups retinotic,kidney area,Taixi infrared temperature technology using infrared temperature distribution point zone. All data were statistically processed by Spss18.0. Results :The deficiency of kidney Yang was 67.8%(856/1263),and the kidney Yang deficiency was 32.2%(407/1263). Infrared temperature distribution of simple kidney Yang deficiency quality people performance was not continuous or infrared Du trajectory imaging,kidney area was symmetrical temperature distribution,Du and Taixi showed low temperature distribution,showing a cool off. The body temperature and the quality of people's kidney Yang Du infrared temperature difference in the range of 0.8-1.2 ℃,and the temperature of the kidney area in the range of 2.2-3.0 ℃ infrared temperature difference. With the increase of age,the infrared temperature Du meridian,kidney area,Taixi values showed first increased and then decreased. Conclusion :Kidney Yang deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of Yang deficiency crowd,but due to individual differences,it shows two types of physical and mental organs :simple kidney Yang deficiency and kidney yang deficiency. Infrared temperature technology can objectively reflect the quality of kidney Yang deficiency of viscera meridian acupoint infrared temperature and mean,exist certain mathematical laws.
