长玻纤增强PA6/OMMT/NMA复合材料的力学性能及热性能

Mechanical Properties and Thermal Properties of PA6/OMMT/NMA Composite Reinforced with Long Glass Fiber

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了LGF/PA6/OMMT/NMA复合材料。通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)、热变形温度测试仪、微机控制电子万能试验机研究了不同长玻纤(LGF)含量对PA6/OMT/NMA复合材料力学性能及热性能的影响。结果表明:随着LGF含量的增加,LGF/PA6/OMMT/NMA复合材料的结晶度、力学性能及热变形温度不断增加,当LGF含量为40%时,复合材料的拉伸、弯曲强度分别增至142.81、191.19MPa,与PA6/OMMT/NMA复合材料相比,提高了125.67%、133.27%。同时,当LGF的含量从0增加到20%时,LGF对复合材料热变形温度的影响较大,热变形温度提高了43.4℃,而当LGF的含量从20%增加到40%时,热变形温度仅仅提高了3.57℃。LGF对复合材料结晶性能也有一定的影响,当LGF用量为30%时,复合材料的结晶度提高幅度最大,达到24.17%。 LGF/PA6/OMMT/NMA composite was prepared by melt blending. The effects of long fiber (LGF) content on the mechanical properties and thermal properties of PA6/OMT/NMA composite were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) , thermal deformation temperature tester and microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine. The results showed that the crystallinity, mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature of LGF/PA6/OMMT/NMA blends increased with the increase of LGF content. When the content of LGF was 40%, the tensile and flexural strength of LGF/PA6/OMMT/NMA blends increased to 142.81 MPa and 191.19 MPa, respectively; it increased by 125.67% and 133.27% than PA6/OMMT/NMA blends, respectively. At the same time, when the content of LGF increased from 0 to 20% , LGF had a great effect on the thermal deformation temperature of the composite, the heat distortion temperature increased by 43.4 ℃ ; when the content of LGF increased from 20% to 40% , the thermal deformation temperature of the composite only increased by 3.57 ℃. LGF had a certain effect on the erystallinity of the composite. When the amount of LGF was 30% , the crystallinity of the composite increased to 24. 17%.
