Objective To study the clinical effect and value of microimplants in orthodontic treatment. Methods 62 cases of orthodontic treatment admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were divided into groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the experimental group were treated with microimplants, and the patients in the reference group were treated with conventional orthodontic treatment. The cephalometric and total effective rates of the two groups were compared. Results The data statistics showed that the total effective rates of OJ, OB, U1/L1, SNA, ANB, SNB, Z/Angle and total effective rate of orthodontic patients in the experimental group were compared with those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of microimplants in orthodontic treatment is remarkable.
