微型种植体应用于口腔正畸矫正治疗效果观察 预览

摘要 目的研究在口腔正畸矫正治疗中应用微型种植体的临床效果与价值。方法参考随机数字表法的形式将本院2015年3月—2017年3月收治的62例行口腔正畸治疗患者进行平均分组,实验组患者实行微型种植体治疗,参照组患者实行常规矫正治疗,比较两组患者X线头影测量值、总有效率。结果数据统计表明,实验组行口腔正畸治疗患者的OJ、OB、U1/L1、SNA、ANB、SNB、Z/Angle、总有效率与参照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论将微型种植体应用在口腔正畸矫正治疗中疗效显著。 Objective To study the clinical effect and value of microimplants in orthodontic treatment. Methods 62 cases of orthodontic treatment admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were divided into groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the experimental group were treated with microimplants, and the patients in the reference group were treated with conventional orthodontic treatment. The cephalometric and total effective rates of the two groups were compared. Results The data statistics showed that the total effective rates of OJ, OB, U1/L1, SNA, ANB, SNB, Z/Angle and total effective rate of orthodontic patients in the experimental group were compared with those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of microimplants in orthodontic treatment is remarkable.
