With the release of the implementation plan for the classification system of domestic waste, the classification of waste has been fully carried out nationwide. Perishable garbage is one of the categories of garbage collection, including food and kitchen, kitchen waste, and farmers’ market garbage. The processing of food waste in China has progressed, and the disposal of waste in kitchen waste and farmers’ markets is still in its infancy and has become a real problem for most cities. The article analyzes the technical solutions for the co-processing of kitchen waste, farmer’s market garbage, and kitchen-kitchen garbage. Because of the differences in the collection methods and nature of the waste, the kitchen waste can’t be co-processed using the kitchen waste pretreatment equipment. In the pretreatment system, the anaerobic fermentation stage can be combined with the actual situation of the project to select the co-processing of kitchen waste or dry anaerobic fermentation system alone. The anaerobic fermentation product processing and utilization can be shared with the kitchen waste treatment plant. Finally, combined with the current situation and needs of perishable garbage disposal in Longyan City, this paper proposes a model for the collection and disposal of perishable refuse suitable for Longyan City and a project construction plan.
