The design of servo motor drive in industry sewing machine

摘要 随着人们对物质生活的追求不断提高,对服饰的样式和质量的要求也越来越高。想要达到这样的条件,必须对缝纫机的驱动精度和驱动平稳性加以提高。目前国内的缝纫机主轴控制多以步进电机为主,其失步会造成较大的误差。国外的特种缝纫机加工精度高,但是价格昂贵。结合当前的背景,本文提出了一种基于DSP的直流无刷电机伺服控制系统,建立数学模型,设计了一个模糊PID调节器对缝纫机针头的速度和位置进行了精确控制。 As people pursue the continuous improvement of material life,Clothing for style and quality requirements are getting higher and higher. To achieve such conditions,we must improve the stability and driving accuracy of the sewing machine. At present,the Spindle control of sewing machine relies mostly on control stepper in china,which is always out of step that lead to Large errors. Although Special sewing machines have high precision abroad,their price is expensive as well. According to the current background,This paper presents a brushless DC motor servo control system based on DSP,seting up Mathematical model,and design a fuzzy PID controller,which controls accurately Sewing machine needles for speed and position.
