摘要 随着护理人员学历水平的不断提升,不少用人单位开始改变观念,对学位证书越来越重视。从浙江大学远程教育医学学习中心近些年就读护理专升本的学生情况分析,发现为获取学位证书而再读第二本科的护理人员越来越多,如何让更多学生在第一本科学习过程中就能拿到学位证书是一件很值得关注的事。文章主要就杭州地区近十年来医学远程教育护理专升本学生学位获得情况进行分析,探讨获得率低下的原因,提出可行措施,以求提高学位获得率。 With the development of health care in China, hospitals require their nursing staff to have high education degree. Analysis of students studying nursing promotion in recent years from the distance education medical learning center of Zhejiang University, found that more and more nursing staff are re-entering the second undergraduate program to obtain a degree certificate. However, the low degree-obtaining rate in distance nursing education is concerned. This article analyzes the last ten years status, the causes of failure to get degree and the countermeasures to raise the degree-obtaining rate of distance nursing education in Hangzhou region.
