GO-a-CPAM纳米材料的合成及絮凝、脱油性能 预览

Synthesis,Flocculation and Oil Removal Performances of GO-a-CPAM Nanomaterials

摘要 采用混合酸法和Hummers法分别制备氧化石墨烯(GO-1和GO-2),以丙酮-乙二醇为引发剂,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,紫外激发引发单体制备阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),再通过水热法合成氧化石墨烯-阳离子聚丙烯酰胺纳米材料(GO-a-CPAM),并采用FT-IR、TGA、XPS、SEM等手段进行表征。将GO-a-CPAM用于絮凝污油泥,考察GO-a制备方法、GO-a质量对其絮凝性能的影响,同时研究了投加量、温度、pH值对GO-1-CPAM絮凝性能和对含油废水的除油效果。结果表明,GO-1的含氧官能团比GO-2多,且GO-1很好地分散在CPAM表面;GO-1质量为2.5g,CPAM质量为3g,合成的GO-1-CPAM,当其投加量为0.2g,反应温度30℃,pH=7时,絮凝效果较好,透光率达92.1%,絮凝时间达8.11min,且具有良好的循环使用性;当GO-1-CPAM投加量为1.5g,反应温度40℃,pH=6时,对含油废水的除油率达93.8%,比单纯CPAM的除油效果好。 Two kinds of Graphene oxide(GO-1 and GO-2)were prepared by mixed acid method and Hummers method respectively.With acetone-ethylene glycol as initiator,cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)was prepared by dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)and acrylamide(AM)monomer under ultraviolet excitation.GO-a-CPAM was synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by FT-IR,TGA,XPS and SEM.The GO-a-CPAM was used to flocculate the oil sludge.The effects of the preparation method and the quality of GO-a,dosage of GO-1-CPAM,temperature and pH on the flocculation and oil removal performance were investigated.The results show that the GO-1 is better dispersed on the CPAM surface than GO-2 for GO-1 holding more oxygen-containing functional groups.The best flocculation effect with 92.1% transmittance,8.11 min flocculation time and good recycling can be obtained at 30℃,pH=7 and 0.2 dosage of GO-1-CPAM synthesized with 2.5 g GO-1 and 3 g.The oil removal effect of GO-1-CPAM is superior to CPAM with the oil remove rate of 93.8% under the conditions of 1.5 g GO-1-CPAM dosage,40℃ and pH=6.
