改进的煤气发电锅炉耗差分析模型 预览

摘要 冶金煤气发电锅炉通过耗差分析对锅炉关键运行参数的运行值与目标值的偏差进行实时监测,从而优化指导煤气锅炉的运行。本文从冶金煤气燃烧的基本方程出发,推导出适用于煤气发电锅炉的排烟过量空气系数简单计算方法,提出了一种改进的煤气锅炉热效率计算模型。分别从锅炉热效率及厂用电率2个方面,建立了煤气锅炉主要运行参数如排烟温度、排烟氧量、排烟CO体积分数以及燃气热值等的偏差对机组供电煤耗影响的耗差分析模型。并对某240 t/h煤气锅炉主要运行参数进行了耗差分析计算。结果表明,所建模型能够较准确地计算出因锅炉运行参数偏离目标值而引起的供电煤耗偏差,对实现煤气锅炉机组的优化运行具有指导意义。 To optimize the operation metallurgical gas boilers, the energy-loss analysis is usually adopted to monitor the deviation between the operating value and the target value of key operating parameters. Based on the basic equations of metallurgical gas boilers, this study derives a simple calculation method for excess air coefficients of flue gas of the gas power boilers, and proposes an improved calculation model for thermal efficiency of the gas boiler. From the aspects of boiler thermal efficiency and auxiliary power consumption rate,the energy-loss analysis model reflecting the effect of the difference in main operating parameters(such as the exhaust gas temperature, exhaust oxygen content, exhaust gas volume fraction and gas calorific value) on the power coal consumption of the unit is established. Moreover, by using the above energy-loss analysis model, the main operating parameters of a 240 t/h gas boiler is analyzed. The results show that, the model can accurately calculate the deviations of the coal consumption caused by deviation of the boiler operating parameters from the target value, which is of guiding significance for optimal operation of the gas boiler units.
