摘要 冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)以其优异的阴性预测值成为目前评估冠状动脉病变程度和排除急性冠状动脉综合征的检查手段之一,但CCTA有限的阳性预测值限制了其在临床上的进一步应用。随着CT技术的发展,CT心肌灌注成像(CT-MPI)在临床的应用推广受到关注。CCTA结合CT-MPI的"一站式"评估,提高了对冠心病诊断的准确度,为随后的临床治疗决策的制订和疾病预后评估提供了依据。 Coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA) has been shown to have excellent negative predictive value in the evaluation of coronary stenosis and exclusion of acute coronary syndrome,and has become one of the examinations for assessing the coronary artery lesion degree and exclusion of acute coronary artery syndrome.However,its limited positive predictive indexes has limited its further application in clinical.With the development of CT,CT myocardial perfusion imaging(CT-MPI),a novel examination way,has received wide attention.It has been reported that a combined CCTA/CT-MPI protocol improves the diagnostic accuracy to detect hemodynamic significant stenosis as compared with CCTA alone and contributes to the further clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
