大直径隔震橡胶支座施工难点及处理措施 预览

DIFFICULTIES IN CONSTRUCTION OF LARGE DIAMETER ISOLATED RUBBER BEARINGS AND TREATMENT MEASURES

摘要 北京新机场航站楼是全球最大的单体隔震建筑,针对隔震施工时场地运输条件差、支座节点构造复杂、支座吊运困难等特点,采取节点构造优化、支墩二次灌浆、保留支座预埋定位板等措施,确保了大直径支座吊装、支座特殊节点连接、大截面支墩的密实度及平整度,工程质量良好。 Beijing new airport terminal building is the largest building using isolation technology of the world, the isolation bearings and dampers are used to reduce seismic effect and vibration caused by the subway. Considering the incompleted transportation, complex isolation connection, hoisting difficulties and so on. Some measures such as the tower crane co-used with construction equipment, the way of assembling reinforcement optimized, secondary grouting enforced, locating plate retained, are taken to ensure the large diameter isolation bearing hoisted, isolation bearing special connection completed, the criterion of large section buttresses compactness and smoothness meted. The isolation beating installation method and quality control for installation provide experience for isolation projects using large diameter rubber isolation in the future.
